Agustín Palma, nació en Upata, Estado Bolívar, Venezuela, en septiembre de 1949, Ha participado en más de 30 exposiciones colectivas en Ciudad Bolívar, Puerto Ordaz, Upata, Maracay, Caracas, Estados Unidos entre otros y en mas de 15 exposiciones individuales en el país.
